Refund policy


If you need to return or exchange any non-food or treat product for whatever reason, we’re happy to help. We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase, not including shipping fees, which are your responsibility.

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

  • For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of food or treats.
  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Returned items must have tags or labels still on them and should be returned in their original packaging if such packaging is available.
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear, use, or damage.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

  1. Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
  2. Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
  3. Send all items back to us using the label provided.

We endeavor to ensure you receive your refund, replacement, or credit quickly, within 10 days of receipt of a return request, if possible. Please contact Leah Donohue, operations manager, with any questions or concerns via info@paulscustompetfood.com. Please be sure to indicate RETURN in the subject line.
